I think that we all need to be mindful that during lectures everybody is at different levels of knowledge and understanding. We need to be respectful of this. Talking & laughing during lectures is distracting for others. I know that we have all been guilty of this at one point or another. Put yourself in others shoes and think how'd you feel.
